Escape Card by Rizki Nanda (Bicycle Red)
A slow-motion vanish of a signed card in a locked jail cell that has to be seen to be believed. A freely selected playing card is isolated on top of the deck, then slowly fades from view as if it were Harry Houdini himself escaping solitary confinement, only to be discovered in the middle of the pack. From Rizki Nanda comes the hugely visual teleportation effect Escape Card.
Here’s what happens:
- You have a card is freely selected and signed by your particpant.
- You introduce a jail cell card which is placed on top of the signed card, isolating it from all the others.
- With a shake the participant's signed card fades from view. You immediately hand out the jail card to be examined.
- You spread the deck to reveal the signed card is in the middle of the deck!
Escape Card features a highly durable gimmick made from plastic that can be added to your deck of cards to make this miracle possible. There are no delicate parts to break, and because they are so durable they will outlast the deck of cards you carry in your pocket every day.
The gimmick comes ready to go right out of the box, and you’ll be performing this incredible effect after just a few minutes of watching the tutorial with Erik Tait.
