Your Right to Cancel (Right of Withdrawal)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us before the cancellation period expires by emailing us at lukecook2010@hotmail.co.uk. You may use the model cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but it is not obligatory.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. Note: supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than our least expensive standard delivery will not be refunded.

Returning Your Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Exceptions — When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

• Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
• Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at lukecook2010@hotmail.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
